Zammit Victor B.A.(Psych), M.A.(Hist) LL.B(UNSW), Dip.Ed(UTS), Ph.D (1941-) LawyerDr Zammit emigrated with his family to Australia in 1957 when he was 16 years old. Following his university studies he was very active in human rights movements, especially about happenings in Russia, South Africa, and the Vietnam war. He was a popular speaker in the Domain Speakers' Corner in Sydney and later on he wrote a book The Domain Speaker (1981), a collection of topics that he had spoken about. He was Talk and Symposium Officer at the University of NSW where he organised interviews with personalities, including a number of prime ministers of Australia. In 1977 as a young lawyer, he attacked the Directive from the Maltese Government which forbade Maltese migrants from returning to work in Malta. In 1979 he established the Kings Cross Chamber of Commerce. In 1989 he specialised in corporate law and became consultant and lecturer in human rights. In recent years he has become very interested in the psychic phenomena relating to the afterlife. He writes regularly to the monthly paper The Psychic World. He is married and has one daughter.
