Buttigieg, Joseph(1947-) Professor of English LiteratureStudied English Literature at the University of Malta. Graduated BA (Hons, 1968) and MA (1974). He studied philosphy at Heythrop College Oxford .(B.Phil, 1974). He obtained his Ph.D, in English Literaturefrom the State University of New York (1976). He is profesor of Enlish at the University of Notre Dame, USA (1989-). He has written several papers and monographs and has lectured in various universities in the US.
